Vaccination camps at minorities’ holy places | The Express Tribune

LAHORE:

Under the instructions of Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Secretary Imran Sikander Baloch, special vaccination camps are being arranged at holy places of minorities all across Punjab.

In an effort to boost the vaccination drive, a special vaccination camp has been set up in Katas Raj Temple in Chakwal which is working to vaccinate pilgrims and visitors on a daily basis.

P&SHD has been working to establish vaccination facilities at different churches, temples and Gurdwaras in order to establish a clear stance that the Punjab government and its health department believed in vaccine equality and health for all.

This initiative has been highly appreciated by the representatives of different religious communities. P&SHD secretary Imran Sikander Baloch said,“People are being vaccinated all over the province irrespective of their religion and beliefs.”
